When an appointment is missed or canceled last‑minute, that time can’t be filled, and it directly impacts my ability to serve other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Dreamz Style Studio, your time is valued — and so is mine. To ensure every guest receives the best possible experience, I kindly ask that all clients review and respect the following policies:
🕒 Cancellations

I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.

Changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service total. This fee will have to be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments.
🚫 No-Show Policy

A “no-show” — meaning you miss your appointment without contacting me — will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

After two no-shows, you will not be able to book future appointments at Dreamz Style Studio.
💳 Deposits

Select services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non‑refundable but may be transferred once if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
